The last few weeks of August into Labor Day weekend turns into party-time for many New Jersey residents

I think they put these releases out in advance, because they don't want you to even try driving after drinking. Probably nothing would make the Police happier than to set up roadblocks and not catch a single drunk driver because everyone listened to these news releases.
See...I think the police would rather spend their nights the next few weeks checking cars at roadblocks and catching no one, then to spend them cleaning up after horrible accidents.
Harsh... but it gets the point across.
